Hancock and Brooke Counties, WV - Let's recognize perfect attendance by these little ones who are enrolled with our child care partners (Little Bear Weirton, Little Bear Follansbee and Children's Academy). We are also grateful to the staff at these centers for creating a nurturing, early learning environment that children want to come to every day. Without saying, we must thank the parents/guardians too! They are the real driving force behind each child's daily participation.
