Marshall County, WV - The younger toddler room at our Creative Learning Center located in Moundsville, WV painted ice and let it melt to create abstract art today. Miss Charlottie also shared that the children engaged in following directions, talking about colors and of course the added sensory discovery of how the ice felt cold !
