Marshall County, WV - Our 2-3 yr olds at the Creative Learning Center are patiently awaiting their lunch. There is always a good time to learn ! So during this transition period to lunch, Miss Jody and Miss Emily offered the children a sensory development and fine motor tool, Squigz. The children manipulate these as they are strengthening their grip and pinching skills, and changing hands and reaching across the mid-line. There is so much discovery of motor development taking place during this activity and they also engage in conversation with each another and their teachers.
