Marshall County, WV - Miss Melanie, our preschool teacher with the Stepping Stones 1 Learning Center, shares that her class just concluded Dental Hygiene Awareness Month activities. The students took part in brushing teeth after snack! They even insisted that we use the Finny Shark Brush Your Teeth Song! Healthy oral hygiene starts with good dental practices and routines of brushing teeth at minimum twice daily. It is important that adults model for their children - they see everything, especially when their special adult(s) participate and engage in this very important life lesson.
